About Us
Wallington Wellbeing Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) is a group of organisations in Wallington, Sutton working together to support people in Sutton.
What we do
We work together to provide more coordinated, person-centred support to people in a specific community or area. The aim is to help individuals—especially those with complex or ongoing health and social care needs—live healthier, more independent lives closer to home.
As an INT we:

Share information and work together to support people more effectively.

Identify people who need extra support.

Organise events, workshops and sessions to reach people in their community.

Help people to navigate health, social, and community services more easily.

Work to keep people at home and out of hospital wherever safe and possible.
