It's time for a healthy you!
In partnership with the London Borough of Sutton, the NHS, and the Voluntary Sector, we’re shining a spotlight on health and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to connect you with the best local services to support your health journey.
Healthy You takes place on the last Thursday of every month and brings together a wide range of activities and support focused on healthy living.
The event covers key areas of wellness, including:

Struggling with your sleep while managing a heart condition? Join us for a relaxed and supportive workshop designed especially for people living with cardiovascular disease.
In this session, you’ll learn:

Simple, evidence‑based lifestyle habits that support better rest
Tools to lower stress and boost overall wellbeing
Whether you’re dealing with insomnia, broken sleep, or just want to feel more energised, this workshop offers guidance you can use straight away. Come along, connect with others, and take a positive step towards better sleep and better heart health.
How to attend Healthy You
There's no need to book in advance, just turn up! If you're interested in joining the Health and Wellbeing Coach session, we recommend arriving earlier to secure your place.
Please note that this event is only for those aged 18+ and not suitable for children.
