About the event

It's time for a healthy you!
In partnership with the London Borough of Sutton, the NHS, and the Voluntary Sector, we’re shining a spotlight on health and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to connect you with the best local services to support your health journey.
Healthy You takes place on the last Thursday of every month and brings together a wide range of activities and support focused on healthy living.
The event covers key areas of wellness, including:
Weigh management
Nutrition
Managing your blood pressure
Stress reduction
Sleep
Habit building
Chronic health management
This Month’s Healthy You
Event Time: 10:30am – 1:00pm
Location: St Paul’s Church, Roundshaw, SM6 9HG
Tai Chi Session: 11:00am-11:45am: New this month: We’re excited to introduce a Tai Chi movement session as part of Healthy You. This gentle, accessible activity supports balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing and is now being added to the programme for the first time!
Talk Time: 12:00pm – 12:45pm: This month’s talk will be led by local GP, Dr Raza Toosy and Cherishma, our Health & Wellbeing Coach. The topic is: Risk Factors: Keeping Your Heart Healthy: Understanding What Makes a Difference and the Causes of Heart Disease

How to attend Healthy You
There's no need to book in advance, just turn up! If you're interested in joining the Health and Wellbeing Coach session, we recommend arriving earlier to secure your place.
Please note that this event is only for those aged 18+ and not suitable for children.
Healthy You Is Changing
From April, Healthy You will be evolving to focus more closely on people who may need support to maintain their health or independence.
What’s changing:
Sessions will continue to feature talks from healthcare professionals
New movement sessions will be introduced, starting with Tai Chi
Everyone is still welcome to attend
