About the event

It's time for a healthy you!
In partnership with the London Borough of Sutton, the NHS, and the Voluntary Sector, we’re shining a spotlight on health and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to connect you with the best local services to support your health journey.
Healthy You takes place on the last Thursday of every month and brings together a wide range of activities and support focused on healthy living.
The event covers key areas of wellness, including:
Weigh management
Nutrition
Managing your blood pressure
Stress reduction
Sleep
Habit building
Chronic health management
Talks and Group Sessions
This January we are kicking off the new year with two types of learning sessions this month: A talk led by clinicians from local GP surgeries and a group education session from Health and Wellbeing Coaches from Sutton Primary Care Networks.
Hypertension Self‑Management Talk: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Join clinicians from your local GP surgeries: Manor Practice and Beeches Surgery, for an interactive session packed with practical tips, clear guidance, and everyday strategies to help you take control of your blood pressure and improve your long‑term health.
Group Education Session with Health and Wellbeing Coaches: 11:00am-12:00pm
The topic for this month’s session is Cardio fitness and you: Cardiovascular Fitness and its Role in Overall Wellness. Health and Wellbeing Coaches from Sutton Primary Care Networks will guide you through healthy habits and offer support to help you make positive lifestyle changes.
These sessions may also explore wider wellbeing themes such as:
Sleep management
Nutrition education
Weight management
Healthy lifestyle habits
Habit building
Chronic kidney disease
Staying healthy
How to attend Healthy You
There's no need to book in advance, just turn up! If you're interested in joining the Health and Wellbeing Coach session, we recommend arriving earlier to secure your place.
Please note that this event is only for those aged 18+ and not suitable for children.
