Responding to Tragedy

In light of four tragic suicides of young adults in the Roundshaw area, we have launched a new weekly group: Manspace.

Manspace: A Safe Space for Men

Manspace has been created in collaboration with Wallington INT, Wallington Community Wellbeing Charity, St Paul's Church and the Proper Blokes Club. The group is focused on supporting mental health through exercise and open conversation. By offering regular group walks, simple workouts, and a safe space to talk, we hope to foster a sense of community and belonging for those who might be struggling.

Exercise and Support in One Place

Our hope is that by combining the proven benefits of physical activity with a friendly, supportive environment, we can help prevent further tragedies in our community.
